Ordering, Payment, and Shipping Information
Ordering - Orders can be taken utilizing our safe and secure website or by phone. Your credit card information is never known if placing an order on our website (this includes any staff member). If you wish to place an order by phone, the following information is required: (1) Product ID; (2) Product size; (3) Desired cover color (if applicable); (4) Any accessories desired; (5) Your complete shipping address (including zip code); (6) Company name (if applicable); (7) Customer name; (8) Phone number; (9) Your credit card information
Payment - Methods of payment are: (1) Credit Card (Master card, Visa, Discover, American Express); (2) Personal check; (3) Business check; (4) Electronic fund transfer. Note that all checks must clear prior to shipment
Shipping - Depending on the product, shipping cost can be included to the (48) states. Please verify the shipping information on the product of interest. Smaller products (typically under 150 lbs) can be shipped by carrier such as Fedex or UPS in boxes. Larger products are shipped via LTL freight on skids. Skid sizes range from 4' x 4', 4' x 8', 4' x 12'. The freight company will call to schedule merchandise delivery via the phone number provided during the order process.
Please note the following Terms and Conditions for all shipments: (1) The addresss must be capable of handling a shipment; (2) It is customer responsibility to have the proper equipment and/or personel to unload the product; (3) Customer and/or affiliate must be present at the time of delivery; (4) Customer must unload the product from the truck (it is not the driver's responsibility, with exception to smaller products); (5) All charges for any re-delivery are the responsibility of the customer; (6) Selling company is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company; (7) It is customer responsibility at ordering time to specify if a lift gate is needed (customer expense); (8) Shipping times on website are estimates only (actual times may vary depending on inventory, season. destination, and demand; (9) Canadian and foreign customers are responsible for any taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, and/or duties associated with foreign shipments; (10) Customer is responsible for any cost incurred with change of address after ordering;
Please note that shipped orders cannot be cancelled. Unshipped orders can be cancelled with a 10% charge. Products cannot be returned. Honored warranty claims (ie defective parts, incorrect part) will have replacement parts sent at no charge to the customer.
