Return and Warranty Information
Each tent, shelter, and canopy product has different warranty terms. Please reference the "warranty" selection tab for specific product warranty information. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the terms prior to purchase.
Examples of items covered under warranty include: (1) missing parts; (2) defective parts such as bent bolts, broken ratchets, torn covers; (3) incorrect shipments
In the event of the a warranty claim, the customer may be requested to take photos of the defect and email to our company as evidence. If the product or part is deemed to be defective and not caused by the purchaser (or third party of the purchaser) and within the warranty limits, Sheltervision LLC will consult with the manufacturer in providing replacement parts at no charge to the customer. Products on this website do not have snow or wind load ratings unless stated.
Items not covered under warranty include (but are not limited to): (1) Acts of God - this includes tornadoes, hurricanes, floods, hail, snow, wind, ice, fire, lightning; (2) Product(s) that have been altered or modified in any way; (3) Product which is not in the possession of the original purchasing customer; (4) Damage or deterioration caused by exposure to chemicals, welding, gases, or fumes foreign or natural in the atmosphere; (5) Damage or deterioration caused by animals, birds, insects, or rodents; (6) Damage from failure to follow manufacturer assembly and mounting instructions; (7) Improper anchoring; (8) Damage from falling objects such as (but not limited to): tree limbs, ice, snow, or any airborne debris or objects; (9) Damage or deterioration due to lack of maintenance or damage resulting from performing normal maintenance; (10) Unforeseen causes or damages, such as (but not limited to): added weight to the structure; (11) Condensation damage to the product or its contents; (12) Vandalism; (13) Damage caused by weapons or toys such as guns and arrows.
Items not re-imbursed or honored under warranty or beyond warranty include (but are not limited to): (1) depreciation; (2) loss of wages and\or income; (3) installation fees (including third party installation); (4) content damage or loss; (5) fuel, hotel, meal expenses; (6) litigation costs; (7) construction costs; (8) appraisals; (9) livestock or animal loss
Returns
Returns are not accepted. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. Unshipped orders can be cancelled at at 10% charge.
PRODUCT ORDERING AND PAYMENT CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THE ABOVE STATED CONDITIONS AND INFORMATION.
